Steamed Crab with Glutinous Rice

Cooking Method:
- Add oil to your 32cm Shallow Oval French Oven, preheat the oven under low heat for about 2 minutes, sauté the mashed garlic and ginger until sizzle and fragrant.
- Add glutinous rice, Yunnan ham, black mushroom and Chinese preserved sausage to stir fry, slowly add chicken stock and keep stirring at the same time, keep the same action until the glutinous rice absorb all the chicken stock and expands.
- Stir in dark soy sauce and Shaoxing wine, place the whole crab in the middle of the rice, lid on and keep simmer under very low heat 4 minutes, turn the heat off and set for another 10 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped spring onion, dish up and serve hot.
