Fried Rice with Char Siu & Ginger


  • Char Siu, diced
  • Cooked Rice
2 bowls
  • Spring onion, finely chopped
1/2 bowl
  • Eggs, light beat
3 pieces
  • Ginger, freshly grounded
1 tbsp

  • Little bit of chicken powder
  • Little bit of sugar
Fried Rice with Char Siu & Ginger
Cooking Method:

  1. Add oil to your 26cm Marmite, use moderate heat to preheat for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add egg to pan fry until half done, use the spatula to finely slice the egg, add diced sweet barbeque pork to stir fry thoroughly.
  3. Add rice and freshly grounded ginger into sweet barbeque pork and egg, keep stirring until well mixed.
  4. Season with a little bit chicken powder and sugar, keep stirring until dried up.
  5. Finally add finely chopped spring onion, stir well, dish up and serve hot.
