Fried Rice with Char Siu & Ginger

Cooking Method:
- Add oil to your 26cm Marmite, use moderate heat to preheat for about 3 minutes.
- Add egg to pan fry until half done, use the spatula to finely slice the egg, add diced sweet barbeque pork to stir fry thoroughly.
- Add rice and freshly grounded ginger into sweet barbeque pork and egg, keep stirring until well mixed.
- Season with a little bit chicken powder and sugar, keep stirring until dried up.
- Finally add finely chopped spring onion, stir well, dish up and serve hot.
