Kiwi Pancake

Ingredients:

  • Egg yolk
1 piece
  • Egg white
2 piece
  • Sugar
1 tbsp
  • Milk
80ml
  • Salad oil
2 tsp
  • Flour
40g
  • Baking powder
1/2 tsp
  • Kirsch
1 tsp
  • Kiwi
1 piece
  • Granulated sugar
1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup for taste
Kiwi Pancake

Cooking Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Divided the egg to yolk and egg white. Peel off the skin of the kiwi and cut it into half-moon shape.
  2. Add egg yolks, sugar, salad oil, kirsch and milk in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Sift the flour, baking powder and stir together with the mixture in step 2.
  4. Whip egg whites in another bowl and add to mixture in step 3. Mix well.
  5. Add oil to your 26cm Skillet with low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the mixture in step 4 to the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the granulated sugar and put the kiwi side by side on the top. Put the skillet into the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Served on plates and add the maple syrup to your preference.
