Kiwi Pancake

Cooking Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Divided the egg to yolk and egg white. Peel off the skin of the kiwi and cut it into half-moon shape.
- Add egg yolks, sugar, salad oil, kirsch and milk in a bowl and mix well.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and stir together with the mixture in step 2.
- Whip egg whites in another bowl and add to mixture in step 3. Mix well.
- Add oil to your 26cm Skillet with low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the mixture in step 4 to the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the granulated sugar and put the kiwi side by side on the top. Put the skillet into the oven for 15 minutes.
- Served on plates and add the maple syrup to your preference.
