Fried Spicy Korean Pork with Kimchi


  • Pork Slices
  • Kimchi (Sliced in pieces)
  • Onion (Sliced)
1/2 piece
  • Garlic (Mashed)
1 glove
  • Carrot (Sliced)
1/2 piece
  • White Beech Mushroom (Sliced)
  • Konjac Shreds
5-6 bundles

  • Korean Spicy Sauce
2 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil
1 tbsp
  • Water
  • Spring Onion (Chopped)
1 tbsp
Cooking Method:

  1. Heat oil in the Le Creuset TNS 30cm Buffet Casserole. Fry the onion and garlic over a medium heat.
  2. Add and stir-fry the sliced carrot. Then, add the sliced pork.
  3. Add white beech mushroom (or any mushrooms according to your preference) and konjac shreds. Add kimchi after the mushroom is cooked.
  4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, spicy sauce and water. Stir-fry until the sauce dries up a bit.
  5. Sprinkle with spring onion, serve hot.
