Herb Grilled Squid

Crust Ingredients:

  • Squid
1/2 cup
  • Cherry Tomato
5 pieces
  • Little bit of olive oil
Seasonings:

  • Onion
1/8 piece
  • Paprika (red)
1/8 piece
  • Capers
1 tbsp
  • Garlic
1 slice
  • Bread crumbs
20g
  • Mayonnaise
7 tbsp
  • Little bit of Italian parsley
1/2 tsp
Herb Grilled Squid
Cooking Method:

  1. Remove the internal organs, cartilage, skin of the squid and cut it in round slices with 1.5-2 cm thick.
  2. Chop the onion, paprika, Italian parsley and grate the garlic. Mix with capers.
  3. Mix well the seasonings
  4. Stuff the squid with the mixture in step 3 and put side by side in your 16cm Rectangular Dish in three circles. Add the olive oil over the tomatoes and place them around the squid.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180℃.
