Cooking steps:
- Snow swallows and snow lotus seeds were soaked overnight in advance.
- Peel, core and cut Sydney pears. Soak red dates, wolfberries and apricots together for 10 minutes.
- Pear, red dates, wolfberries, apricots, rock sugar and water, put them in an EOS soup pot and bring to a boil over medium heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add snow swallow and snow lotus seeds, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
