Pork Belly Bamboo Stew

Cooking Method:
- Bring the whole piece or pork belly to boil with ginger slices under low heat for about 30 minutes, drain, slice the pork belly into thick slices after cool down, set aside;
- Mix well soya bean paste, reddish bean cheese, garlic and sugar, add oil in your 27cm Tagine, preheat under low heat for about 2 minutes, sauté seasoning mixture (1) above until sizzle and fragrant;
- Add pork belly and flat bamboo shoot to stir-fry until all sugar melted, sprinkle with little bit of Shaoxing wine, add adequate of water, put the lid on, use the very low heat to simmer for about 30 minutes, serve hot with the whole pot.
