Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities	Support the company and Develop integrated Marketing Communication Strategies for Singapore office Effectively drive sales and develop the brand image Analyze key data to create, deliver annual and seasonal marketing and communications strategies Implement and drive new media campaigns and manage the online communications to increase brand awareness and brand value Work closely with management and team to ensure campaigns and Communication strategies are matched and aligned with other key business units Track and analyze with senior managers to maintain the brands position and performance. Develop strategies and plans to deal with existing and potential competitors across all segments Plan and manage order to support the marketing and promotional activities Work with the media to generate editorials and product placements in various media channels Plan and execute marketing communication strategies for growth, retention & conversion of key players, from key accounts to end users Advertising strategies Online and affiliate marketing strategies Work with the General Manager and Managing Director Asia, and global chairman to develop short term and long term vision, positioning and brand strategies. Ensure all brand communication strategies match the brands positioning, and long term and short term visions
Job Requirements	5-8 years plus experience in marketing, branding, advertising and communications A motivational and inspirational leader must be strong, fair and willing to debate and justify marketing budgets and expenditure. Independent, energetic, cheerful character is important English & Chinese Fluency – business level, oral and written
